Ocuco launches seven day support
Ocuco has launched a seven day support service for all its practice management software users. Qualified engineers, with remote assistance over broadband or telephone link, provide Ocuco’s industry-renowned support.
“Sundays and Bank holidays are now just as busy as any other day in retailing, while other practices may want to use the weekend to catch up on administration. Whatever the requirement, we have a team on hand to help with queries from 8am to 8pm each weekday and until 5pm at the weekends,” said Alice Austin, UK Managing Director of Ocuco.
“Our whole philosophy revolves around high quality support for our comprehensive business critical software. The extension of our hours facilitates upgrades outside of customer trading time too,” she added.
“Stores that open late and employ part-time staff tend to raise more queries than their full time colleagues. We are on hand to support them. The fact that we are on the end of the line is a great comfort to the practitioner who may be on holiday and does not want to be on call seven days a week,” she added.
A pilot trial at the beginning of the year proved that the service was of value and the decision was made to roll it out to all customers. Ocuco stress that the seven day support is an option and practitioners who do not use this facility will not pay extra for the extended support lines.
